SouthStar Development was founded in 1994 as a Real Estate  Asset Management company specializing in  residential real estate development firm. During the 1990’s and 2000’s SouthStar  concentrated in residential and commercial land development, residential sales and golf course development. Since 2000 SouthStar has expanded into several avenues to offer clients a full range of real estate related services including construction management and interior design.  The SouthStar Companies include SouthStar Development, focusing on real estate development and asset management, and SouthStar Construction which has provided construction management for an assortment of diverse projects from golf courses and clubhouses to residential remodeling and additions.  Sterling Design Group is the Interior Design affiliate which offers full service design, consultation and furnishings procurement for hospitality and residential projects.

Our team approach and wide range of in house expertise allow for a synergistic and collaborative approach that saves our clients time, money and aggravation by coordinating the many separate consultants who are involved in each project.
